2. User Registration

Registration is mandatory to use our services. Each user will receive access to a personal dashboard that includes:

• Link analytics
• Revenue tracking
• Referral statistics
• Withdrawal history

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Shorten or share links containing illegal, pornographic, harmful, or copyrighted content.
• Use bots, proxies, VPNs, traffic exchange systems, or fake clicks to manipulate visits.
• Promote misleading or deceptive content.
• Use automated systems to generate clicks or impressions.

 Violators will have their accounts permanently deleted without prior notice, and any earnings will be forfeited.

We reserve the right to monitor all activities and block any suspicious behavior at our sole discretion.

4. Referral Program

Users can refer others and earn 20% of their referred users’ earnings for life.

Referrals must be genuine. Creating multiple fake accounts to generate earnings is strictly forbidden and will result in permanent suspension.

5. Payouts

• The minimum withdrawal amount is $5.
• Payouts are processed within 5 business days.
• Current payment methods: PayPal and WebMoney (more options will be added in the future).
• Users are solely responsible for ensuring their payment details are accurate.

6. Link Content Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for the content of the links they share.

EarnQuests does not assume responsibility for third-party content. However, we actively review and remove harmful or abusive links when identified or reported.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account without notice for violations including but not limited to:

• Sharing prohibited content
• Fraudulent traffic generation
• Misuse of the referral system
• Attempting to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities

In such cases, all earnings will be forfeited, and the decision will be final.

8. Limitation of Liability

EarnQuests is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including delays in payouts or data issues.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
